NFL Betting Software

With computers being a staple of everyday life, a quality NFL betting software can be a great addition to any handicappers arsenal. Back in the "old days", calculating numbers and complicated formulas could take a long time where as today, it takes a matter of seconds.

There are some very good NFL betting software products out there today at extremely reasonable prices...especially when compared to what so called professional handicappers are charging for their services.

A good quality software can go a long way in adding to your overall NFL handicapping strategy. However, there's needs to be a solid foundation behind the actual numbers, but more importantly, it has to work.

What Makes A Good NFL Betting Software?

Well that's a pretty easy question, it just has to win. That's by far the most important factor, but we'll also take a look at other factors as well.

A profitable software has to be created through solid research and stats to make it a winner over the long term. Anybody can create some kind of winning program for a season because of the law of averages, so we want to find one that stands the test of time.

Another important factor is that the software maker must be able to adapt, change, and make tweaks to there program. If they just created it and never did anything again, then I guarantee it's not going to be profitable for long.

A quality software should be fully automated. In other words, data/input should automatically be updated or downloaded so that it's always up to date with current stats, trends, formulas...etc (basically whatever is the groundwork for the program).

You must also remember that software is going to be very objective...for obvious reasons. But when we're dealing with betting on the NFL, we're dealing with real people, so you may have to add some subjectivity if the software doesn't take into account for unknowns.

NFL Betting Software Recommendations

I am a big proponent of betting software as long as it has a proven track record of winning and there are solid numbers to back it up. With that being said though, you still have to do your own research.

I've seen many different types of NFL betting software...some good and some not so good. Below is a list of my top recommendations that we fully endorse here at Sports Betting Insights. Just click on each one to read our complete and thorough review.

MicroBrothers

Stat Attack Sports

Accuscore

Pro Football Forecast

As I said though, I personally endorse all of these and feel anyone of them would be a great addition to your NFL betting strategy. Each uses its own proprietary software and methods, but all are proven over the long term.

If you check all of them out, you can see they have there similarities and differences. I personally like each one equally, so if you decide to use one in your handicapping, then it's up to you to determine which one fits best.

If there are any sports betting software packages that you like and feel would be of benefit to others, then I'd be more than happy to give them a review and possibly an endorsement. Just fill out our form below.

With that being said, let's move on to our NFL handicappers section. As always, best of luck in all your sports betting endeavors.
