I personally have never had an issue with them when it comes to financial stability and I think that could be said for their other clients as well.

Betting Options (range of sports and limits): Diamond has an unbelievable amount of betting options. Anywhere from the NFL to darts, they have you covered. Whatever your favorite sports to bet, I can almost guarantee they will offer it. I would put their selection of sports up against any other book in the industry. It really is amazing.

As for limits, they can accommodate the smallest sports bettor (minimum $5 on the internet and $50 over the telephone) all the way up to the high roller ($5000 for MLB, NFL, and NHL money lines). However, if you're wanting to bet more you can always call to inquire about increased limits.

They also offer just about any type of sports wager as well. From straight wagers to buying action points, Diamond has them all.

Vigorish/Juice: They have pretty typical vigorish on their lines. Nothing really stands out here. The one thing I can say is that they do get their lines up in a very timely fashion. So if you like to get in on the action early, Diamond is a great fit.

Financial Transactions: As I stated earlier, this is one of their strong suits. All withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. As far as options go for withdrawing money, Diamond offers pretty much every one I've ever heard of.

The same can be said with deposits as well. I've never had an issue depositing money into my account and more importantly I've never had an issue withdrawing money from my account. When it's just as easy to withdraw your money as it is to deposit it, you know you're working with a great sportsbook.

Bonuses: Diamond offers a 20% free play new account bonus (max of $500) with a 5x rollover. They also have a 10% freeplay with reloads (max of $500) with a 3x rollover. Customer Service: I've never had any issues with the customer service. The only complaint you might get is that the phone representatives may be a little difficult to understand since they are most likely from Costa Rica (but you're going to get that with any sportsbook).

All in all, they have a great staff that is knowledgeable and courteous.

Quality of Web site: I really think the website is straightforward and effortless to use. It's easy to navigate and simple to understand. Legendz

Before reading why I believe Legendz is one of the best online sports betting sites, I'd first suggest checking out my How to Choose a Sportsbook Page. This will go over my personal checklist that I use to rate sportsbooks. With that said, let's check out how it stacks up against my criteria.

Financial Stability: Legendz Sportsbook was established in 1996. They're licensed and based in Panama City, Panama and are part of the Professional Internet Gaming Corporation. Since they've been around for over 10 years and have a proven track record (I know from experience), I would say they're very financially stable.

Since their existence, Legendz Sportsbook has always received fantastic ratings from the sportsbook review websites. More importantly, just check out the many sportsbetting forums that are out there and you'll see plenty of positive feedback from clients that actually use the book.

They've always been known for their incredible customer service and ease of access. Rest assured that when you're wagering through Legendz, you're working with one of the best sportsbooks in the business.

Betting Options (range of sports and limits): When it comes to the various range of sports or events that you can bet on, they offer just about everything you could imagine. Anything from the biggest sporting events to the not so popular sports, Legendz Sportsbook should have a line posted.

There's also a very wide range of betting limits as well. Minimum bets over the internet and telephone are $20. Now if you fall into the high roller category, "all new accounts begin with a probationary wager limit of $500 per play. After 30 days of action, customers may request a wager limit increase. Any changes made will be at the discretion of management".

If you're just a straight wager kind of person, you'll be pretty happy anywhere. But when it comes to exotic bet types like round robins, reverse bets, and if bets, Legendz offers them all and more.

Vigorish/Juice: They have pretty typical lines and juice when it comes to all major sports, so nothing really stands out here. However, they do offer -107 juice for all football bets placed on Friday, which I would definitely encourage anyone to take advantage of. Although nothing else really jumps out when it comes to vig, they more than make up for it in the customer service department.

Financial Transactions: Depositing and withdrawing money is a pretty simple process. There's a number of convenient methods of depositing money into your account and the same can be said for withdrawing it.

Even though you can access your account 24 hours a day, you're only able to request payouts between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST seven days a week. As far as cost of withdrawals go, it varies depending on the type of withdrawal method.

Bonuses: Another very strong point, Legendz Sportsbook offers a wide variety of bonuses, specials, and promotions. They have a 20% sign up bonus (at least $200 deposit) up to a max of a $500 bonus with either a 5 or 7 times rollover depending on the amount of the deposit.

They also offer a 10% re-load bonus on qualified deposits (max $500, min. deposit of $200) as well as various specials and promotions throughout the year.

Customer Service: I really think Legends has the best customer service in the industry. Don't just take it from me though, look at the sportsbook review websites along with the forums and you'll see consistency throughout.

Customer service agents go through the most rigorous training that I know of for any sportsbook. They are required to take a number of examines and only a select few make it to the wagering department. I'm always confident when calling Legendz Sportsbook because I know I'm speaking with somebody that is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Quality of Web site: The website, along with the customer service, is top notch. It's very simple to understand but more importantly it's easy to navigate through and website downtime isn't in their vocabulary.

You can always ask them for a temporary account # and password to check out the website before signing up. However, you shouldn't have any problem placing your bets, withdrawing money, or simply navigating to where you need to go.

Financial Stability: 5 Dimes Sportsbook is based in San Jose, Costa Rica and has been around since 1999. They have a very reputable track record and have received rave reviews by both sportsbook review sites and sports bettors alike.

Withdrawals are processed 7 days a week and I personally have never had an issue nor heard of anyone having an issue that wasn't resolved immediately. Being in business for over 10 years and having the reputation they've earned, I feel confident in saying that 5 Dimes is a very financially stable sportsbook.

Betting Options (range of sports and limits): Certainly one of their strong points, they offer an extremely wide range of betting options. In fact they are known in the industry for the variety of odds they offer.

Whether you're looking for a betting line on an obscure European Soccer league match or just wanting to bet the NFL, I can assure you 5 Dimes will have it. Not only am I sure they'll have it, they'll probably offer various alternate run lines as well as other "different" lines that you won't find anywhere else.

They have many unique kinds of teaser bets along with parlays, so I don't think you'll have any issues there. Their lines on baseball are fantastic as well but I'll talk more about that below.

As for limits, minimums on the internet are $1. Over the phone minimums for straight wagers are $50 and $25 on teasers and parlays. Maximum limits over the internet are $500 on straight bets and $1000 on teasers and parlays per ticket. Now if you're a high roller, you'll be able to place up to $5000 wagers or higher over the phone but will first need managerial approval.

Vigorish/Juice: 5 Dimes offers pretty typical vigorish on most sports but they really stand out when it comes to MLB. As one of the bonuses you have to choose from, Reduced Juice is offered on overnight lines for MLB at 5 cents (see below for more information).

Whenever you can get reduced vigorish, I always say to jump all over it. After the Reduced Juice special is over at 8:00am EST, they offer 10 cent lines up to -176, 15 cents up to -201, and 20 cents up to -266.

Financial Transactions: Depositing and withdrawing money is a pretty simple process. They offer a number of different ways to deposit money so I'm sure you won't have any issues getting it into your account.

Withdrawing money is the same story. It's very easy and there's a variety of methods. Withdrawals are processed from 9am to 11pm 7 days a week. You are allowed one free withdraw everything 30 days but any more than that and you'll have to pay (once a month may not seem like much but trust me I've never had a problem).

Bonuses: 5 Dimes offers the biggest and most comprehensive bonus program of the five sportsbooks I recommend. For new accounts, you'll receive a 50% free play up to $200 (certain deposit methods apply for all bonuses). You'll also receive a 20% free play on your initial deposit up to $400.

As for reloads, you'll receive a 20% free play based on the amount and reload method up to $500. They also have other great bonuses for the casino and poker room that include match play and cash back awards.

Even better than the free play bonuses (at least in my opinion) are the Reduced Juice specials they offer. They have 5 cent overnight MLB money lines until 8:00am EST. However, new accounts that choose to receive the deposit bonuses will have their Reduced Juice limits lowered to $50, while if you don't request the initial bonus, you'll have the normal reduced Juice Limit of $500.

As I've said before, I think it's better to choose the Reduced Juice bonus because that will far outweigh the new account bonus overtime. However, if you typically make bets of less than $50 then you can have the best of both worlds. After 8:00am EST they offer 10 cent lines up to -176, 15 cents up to -201, and 20 cents up to -266.

Deposits must be rolled over at least five times before bonuses are credited.

Customer Service: I have never had an issue with customer service over the phone. With that said, I always encourage you to check out the sportsbook review websites as well as forums for more information.

I feel the representatives are always polite and knowledgeable when it comes to any questions I have.

Quality of Web site: Right along with customer service, 5 Dimes website is quality and well put together. Setting up an account is simple and navigating through the sportsbetting area is just as easy.

Financial Stability: Intertops was one of the first online sportsbooks created. They've been online since 1996 and taking bets since 1983. They are known in the business to have accepted the world's first online sports bet.

If you're in business this long then you must be doing something right and I can assure you they are. Payouts have always been prompt and issues are always resolved quickly.

They are based in St. John's, Antigua and licensed in Antigua, Barbuda, and Kahnawake/Quebec, Canada. You can't run a sportsbook for over 25 years, have the track record that they've accomplished, and not be a financially stable. Just check out any sportsbook review website or sportsbetting forum and I can assure you they'll tell you the same.

Betting Options (range of sports and limits): Intertops has plenty of betting options. From the Superbowl to the smallest sporting events half way around the world, they'll have you covered. I think I've even seen European table tennis if that's your sport (definitely not mine).

They also offer just about any type of bet you're looking for. Whether you just stick to the straight wagers or you're looking to create a round robin, Intertops will get you going in the right direction.

Betting limits are as low as a $1 for US bettors. Now when it comes to the high rollers, you'll need to speak with Intertops personally (just as it is for most books), but I can assure you they'll be willing to work with you. I've always been very happy with their limits and betting options, and feel confident that any sports bettor would.

Vigorish/Juice: They have pretty typical vigorish with all sports so nothing really sticks out here. They're very good at getting the lines posted early so you can get your wagers placed in a timely manner.

Now don't get me wrong, it'd be nice if they had reduced juice on MLB (they do have pretty good lines on the MLB though) but not everybody can be perfect. However with that being said, I still think they're a great sportsbook.

There are no limits on the amount of withdrawals you can take per month, but some restrictions will apply. Withdrawals are processed immediately and I can personally say that I've never had an issue.

I'm confident in conducting financial transactions with Intertops but would always encourage you to get more information from other sports bettors as well as sportsbook review sites (but I'm sure they'll tell you the same).

Bonuses: They have some pretty good bonus programs that you should always take advantage of. As a sign up special they'll give you a free $20 bet token. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there's a deposit bonus of 10% up to $50 (so be sure to make any deposits on those two days).

They also have a great referral program where you'll get a 10% bonus (max $20) of the initial deposit. However, for every fifth friend that you refer, you'll get a 50% bonus (max $50) of their initial deposit.

They also offer a pretty neat program where you accumulate points for every bet you place. Once you reach certain break points, you'll then automatically receive cash in your account. It's a little more complicated than that, but it's a nice program.

The different bonuses have varying rollovers, so you'll want to read over the details closely before signing up.

Customer Service: The customer service seems to be very good. I've never had any issues with it and they always seem to be knowledgeable and courteous. From being in business for over 25 years, you can definitely tell they take pride in their customer service.

Quality of Web site: Intertops has a great web site. Now by no means is it the fanciest I've every seen but it's pretty simple and straight forward. As with any sportsbetting website though, you'll want to spend a few minutes navigating through it to get a good feel.

One unique feature that I think's great is they offer wireless sportsbetting through your mobile phone or PDA. Now it may take you a few minutes to get used to it but it's really easy once you get the hang of it.

Financial Stability: They are proudly known as one of the biggest and best sportsbooks in the industry. BookMaker was established in 1985 and are owned by BetCRIS Sportsbook who is based in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Of my top five sportsbooks, I have to say that BookMaker may just be the best. They are known for their professional players as well as creating the opening line before anyone else. Just check out any sportsbook review site or sports bettors forum and I know you'll hear great things.

I've never had an issue with any payout and actually never heard of anyone else having one either. They are an extremely quality sportsbook that have proven themselves to be one of the best in business.

Betting Options (range of sports and limits): BookMaker offers just about any type of sports wager you can dream up. They have tons of interesting bets and props if that's your thing.

Minimum betting limits are $5 online and $50 over the phone. When it comes to high stakes players, BookMaker really roles out the red carpet. Max bets are $5,000 online and $20,000 over the phone but players can also request higher limits for telephone betting.

They also have a wide range of betting options from the typical straight wager to purchasing action points.

Vigorish/Juice: When it comes to vigorish, BookMaker doesn't stand out much from other sportsbooks. They don't offer dime lines for the MLB and all other lines are pretty normal. I guess not everybody can be perfect but they do have some pretty nice bonuses.

Financial Transactions: Depositing and withdrawing money is about as simple as it comes (just as it is with my other top recommendations). You shouldn't have any trouble moving money in but more importantly you shouldn't have any trouble taking money out.

As with other sportsbooks, there are some min/max requirements depending on the deposit/withdrawal method. Withdrawals are processed immediately, five days week.

As I always say with financial transactions, always be sure to check out what other sports bettors are saying in the forums and be sure to take a look at the sportsbook review sites. But from my experience, BookMaker is top notch when it comes to depositing or withdrawing money.

Bonuses: They offer quite a few bonuses when funding your account. You'll receive a 20% signup bonus as long you deposit at least $300 ($500 max bonus). With reloads, you'll get a 10% free play every time(deposit must be at least $300 and $500 is the max bonus).

The referral bonus is pretty typical at 10% ($300 max bonus). For the signup bonus, the rollover is 5X, while with the reload and referral bonuses are only 3x.

They also have their loyalty program, BetPoints. Every bet you place, you'll earn BetPoints. They'll accumulate in your account and you're able to redeem them for various rewards such as cash back, gift cards, sweepstake entries, and quite a few other things.

Customer Service: Customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through telephone and email. The nice thing about emailing them is that they are required to be replied to within 15 minutes and phone calls are to be answered on the first ring.

The customer service representatives are very courteous and knowledgeable with any issues or questions you might have (at least from my experience). I really feel that they take pride in putting the client first and it shows when you talk with them over the phone.

Quality of Web site: It's a great looking website and probably one of the most professional I've ever seen. Bets are easy to make and navigation to different sporting events isn't a problem.

As with any sportsbook though, I always recommend spending a few minutes searching through the site to get used to how it flows. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be placing bets in no time.

Not that a website is the end all be all to a sportsbook, but they do have a very nice layout which makes it much more convenient as a client.
